This policy describes the Markefly website and initial inquiries to MARKEFLY MEDIA (“Markefly”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at gireesh@markefly.com. Any additional arrangements for client footage, project files, or other information shared during a project should be set out in the relevant project agreement.

02 / Information you choose to share

An inquiry may include your name, email address, social profile, preferred service, and project brief. Please share only what is needed to discuss your project, and avoid including passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information.

The website’s brief form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit the form to a Markefly database. We receive the inquiry only if you choose to send it through your email app. Copying the draft places it on your device’s clipboard.

If you book a discovery call through Cal.com, the information you enter there, such as your contact details, chosen time, and booking answers, is used to arrange the call.

03 / How information is used

Information you send is used to respond to your request, schedule conversations, understand your editing needs, and discuss or carry out an agreed project. Relevant correspondence may also be needed to maintain business records or meet applicable obligations.

04 / Services that help this website work

Email providers process messages when you send an inquiry. Discovery-call bookings are handled through Cal.com; see the Cal.com Privacy Policy for its processing and privacy information.

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and sign-in services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and access logs to deliver and secure the service. OpenAI’s handling of information through its services is described in the OpenAI Privacy Policy. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

YouTube films use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. Players load ahead of their appearance, including the first portfolio film when the page opens, and prepare a muted video frame. Films play on a muted loop while their slots are visible. Google may process device and playback information as described in the Google Privacy Policy. The embedded player contacts YouTube when it loads, even before its slot appears and without a click. You can pause playback using the player controls.

05 / Cookies and analytics

The website itself currently has no Markefly-added advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Hosting, sign-in, external booking services, and video players may use cookies or similar technology under their own policies. Your browser settings can help you manage cookies; blocking some may affect those services.

How long correspondence is needed depends on whether the inquiry becomes a project, whether follow-up is required, and any applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. Contact us to ask about the retention or deletion of information relating to your inquiry.
